Too young to die.

Saw this quote from somewhere else but I didn't try to understand the meaningful within it.
Just when I made myself a "milo kosong", this quote came into my mind and I am delighted with it.

Milo kosong, it has been my favourite drink since a year ago I guess. Started to drink milo kosong when I started my bodybuilding life cause I love milo and at the same time I had to reduce my sugar intake.
Oh well, there's another girl asked me to drink milo without condensed milk added in ever since 3 years ago but then I ignored her words cause I just simply love milo :D

But what's the main point in this is, all of us tend to make something that we like, become our daily habit, instead of what we should do. You love sweet stuff, you add sugar into it, but without realizing it, you're actually taking your healthy body to bet with the diabetes. Ironically, one of my lecturer told us that "you're going to die anyway, why don't you eat in the moderate way" and some people even telling me that "healthy, simply means that you stand a higher chance, live longer than us". Well of course, I wanna spend more time with my family, friends and the things I love to do.
But can't you see that, when you firstly born to the world, you were the only one who was crying, and people around you were smiling (your mum, dad, doctor, nurses, and some other family members). But when you're gone, all people cry and you're gonna be the only one who is going to smile.
Think of those people that care of you, think of those people who willing to spend time with you, think of those people who love you always like no one else does.

We often emphasize healthy lifestyle, I'll try and define it. Simple terms would be, balanced diet, exercise frequently, enough daily rest, healthy mind and of course, spending time with our lovely family and friends. That's mine, what's yours?

Every morning when I wake up, I have different missions, but regardless whatever it is, always remember that, wake up with inspiration, and go to bed at the of the day with satisfaction.

Don't quit thinking all the time, but do not spend your worthy time on things that are unnecessary. They say you're dead when you stop thinking.

Don't stay in the comfort zone even if you are now just a student. Sharpen your skills, English speaking and writing skills, enlarge your social world, make more friends, read more, see more, and do more. Don't die today.

I am 21 years old and I still got lots of things needed to be done, will try and get my CIMA qualification by age 22/23, wanna achieve my fitness goal asap. Wanna achieve something that I've never tried before, half marathon 21km I suppose ? I got even more stuff wanted to do in my mind now. But I can't finish all in just one day, but at least when I try to do something, I am one step ahead towards my goal. I have to wake up tomorrow, to continue my works.

I am just too young to die today!

Lastly, to all sports lovers, fitness, and also bodybuilders:
